Training provider who are the one of the most successful NVQ apprenticeship providers in Essex are looking to expand their team of Assessors in their Retail division. If you have a passion for retail, this company have the perfect role for you.
This hugely rewarding role allows you to fully utilise your experience and expert knowledge of the retail industry providing professional assessment and support to learners in their workplace, helping them to reach their full potential and boost their career.
Their Training Assessors deliver work based learning to their caseload of learners motivating them to achieve their NVQ Technical Certificate and Key Skills qualifications.
The Person:
You will have recent experience in the retail sector
Management or supervisory experience is preferred
You must be confident working alone and also as part of a team
Essential Criteria
Achieved A Unit or hold D32/D33
Occupational competence - variations by SOC area
Grade C or above in Mathematics or English
Must have use of a car and hold a current driving licence
Be able to work flexible hours and locations (within reason) if required
Salary: £18,000-£22,000 per annum dependant upon skills/qualifications
