    £17,000 - £19,000


    My client is a reputable Financial Services Company which has a number of branches both locally and internationally. They are currently looking for an experienced Administrator with good IT skills to join them on a permanent full time basis in their Basildon branch.

    Before applying for this role PLEASE NOTE you must have previous secretarial or personal assistant experience within a FINANCE, BANKING OR INVESTMENT company. Any CV’s outside of this criteria will not be considered.

    As Branch Administrator you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to a Financial Advisor. You will be the main person in the branch for providing customer service and will be expected to take full responsibility for any administrative / customer service related tasks to ensure that the Financial Advisor can focus on sales and investment advice.


    The successful applicant will be responsible for a range of administrative duties such as processing accounts, maintaining accurate branch records, managing the branch diary, obtaining supplies such as stationery and processing invoices whilst meeting with compliance guidelines.


    To be considered for this position you must have the following attributes:

     Strong administration skills, either as a Personal Assistant, Branch Secretary or Office Manager
     Exceptional IT skills and the ability to learn new packages quickly
     Great customer services and people skills, confident telephone manner
     Previous industry experience within investments, finance, banking or mortgages
     This is a very important role for this company so we are looking for someone who is dedicated, loyal and flexible
     In this role you will be working on your own and so a high level of experience and professionalism is essential
