With have a flat management structure, all technology developers work 'hands on' designing and prototyping their own ideas. To be considered for this role, you will have followed exceptional academic achievement with a period of sustained achievement in industry and have gained experience in relevant technical fields as well as in project management and client management. Specifically, to be a strong candidate for this role you should be able to demonstrate the following: An outstanding understanding of applied physics and engineering principles; Creativity and problem solving skills; Good mathematical/analytical skills; Self motivation and an ability to operate with minimal supervision; Expertise in mechanical design and materials; and knowledge of design for manufacture and manufacturing processes.
