    Team Secretary – Permanent
    Chelmsford
    £20,000 - £23,000

    URGENT

    You will need to have previous secretarial / Personal Assistant experience and should be used to working with members of senior management.

    Working for a large financial services company in the centre of Chelmsford, your role as Team Secretary will involve the following:

    • Diary and email management
    • Booking travel, accommodation and internal / external meetings
    • Minute taking
    • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
    • Liaising with clients
    • Distributing and processing invoices
    • Processing expenses on a monthly basis

    In addition to the above secretarial duties you will also be required to undertake various administrative tasks such as updating department documents with new starters and leavers details, maintaining and updating organisation charts on a monthly basis, order stationery for the department, producing holiday forms for each team and ensuring that email distribution lists are up to date at all times.

    In order to be considered for this position, it is essential that you have good solid experience in a Team Secretary / Personal Assistant / Senior Administration position and possess the following skills:

    MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook – Intermediate / advanced level
    Min 55wpm
    Good communicator
    Excellent organisational skills
    Unflappable under pressure
    Ability to liaise and work with all levels of the business

    This position would ideally suit someone who has previously worked in the financial services industry, but this is not essential.
