The right candidate will need to have previous mobile radio communications experience.

The successful candidate will also have a strong knowledge of the PMR market sector, TETRA, Command and Control.

As part of the role, the IBDM will be looking after Asia and this role will mean being in Asia for 3 weeks at a time.

The company are a very successful Private Mobile Radio Communication Services and are looking for a professional, experienced International Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a distributor network in a defined territory, whilst also having strategically important accounts of their own. The responsibilities of the role include establishing sales targets and building excellent business relationships with distributors. It is important that the candidate has at least 4 years sales experience, previous experience of indirect/distributor sales. The candidate should have a degree in business or a related discipline and professional sales training would be a distinct advantage.The right candidate must also be able to travel extensively, sometimes at short notice. It would also be useful is the candidate was multilingual.
