HR Manager required to provide the day-to-day human resource management of the Hotel and staff. This role includes recruitment, selection, induction, training and disciplining. The HR Manager will also be responsible for staff accommodation and the keeping of staff records. Working closely with the Senior Management and Departmental managers in the provision of reviews, retention, training and development needs throughout the Hotel. The role will also mean that sometimes you will be covering some Duty Management shifts as required, these could include some weekends and public holidays. Administration of Health & Safety Policies and Procedures and management of regular Fire inspections and Fire Training within the hotel.
The right candidate will be a Human Resource generalist; passionate about people and highly experienced within a HR environment. It is important that the candidate has a HR related qualification (e.g. CPP or CIPD)
