TCL/LJ 7006: Our client seeks a Performance and Forecasting Officer for an assignment within its Customer Services division.
We are acting for a E London based local authority
The post will be located in Barking, IG11 and will be for 36 hpw, Mon-Fri, normal business hours.
This is anticipated to be, initially at least, a 2 to 3 month assignment.
Essence of role:
The purpose of the role is to manage and maximize Barking & Dagenham Directs’ performance through effective resource deployment, forecasting and scheduling and to provide operational performance management information.
You will join the performance team to assist in the setting up and regular completion of resource planning & reporting for our OSS.
Candidate requirements (*indicates must be CLEARLY EVIDENT FROM YOUR CV, not just your covering letter, to avoid auto-rejection by client):
* Proven experience of a resource planning or call centre performance management role.
*Advanced IT literacy in MS Windows Excel and other Office packages
*Ability to communicate effectively and influence at senior levels
*Ability to calculate and interpret large volumes of data
*Ability to predict and plan for peaks and troughs of demand and implement solutions
*Proven ability of managing staff and teams
*Ability to cope with pressure and deadline
*Ability to prioritise workloads and work and act independently
UK local authority or other public sector experience advantageous, but not a prerequisite
