Large organisation are looking for a PA for their Colchester Office to cover Managing Director and 2 other Directors within the business. Ideal applicant must be able to organise their workload and deal with documents and information of a confidential nature. A large percentage of the workload is for the Managing Director duties will include diary management, travel arrangements, booking meetings and appointments, typing letters, creating reports and collating figures and general PA support. You will need good IT skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
This is a fast paced environment so looking for someone with strong PA skills that is reliable and flexible with a hands on attitude. Can you rise to the challenge and keep all the plates spinning!!
