Trainee Insurance Sales Advisor
Crewe
£14,000 - £17,000 + Commission and benefits
Fantastic experience for people with some telephone sales or retail sales in up-selling environment (possibly mobile or consumer electronic sales) to join this dynamic expanding company at one of their branches in Crew area, dealing face to face with the public.
You'll join a team of experienced Advisors who sell a whole range of insurance products by providing friendly, informative advice from a wide choice of insurers. In addition to receiving full product and sales training, you'll also be given continued support and development with career path to Branch Manager.
Duties will include maintaining an excellent standard of customer service by explaining choices and providing recommendations ensuring customer and business needs are met, achieving all agreed sales for personal lines insurance products and ensure systems and procedures are properly maintained. You may be required to manage activities in the absence of the Manager.
You will have a good general education, qualifications ideally include English and Maths GCSE and will ideally have experience in a sales or customer service environment (call centre).
Consideration will be given to candidates with a sales or customer service background and the opportunity to develop your skills even further, by completing a personalised in-house training programme.
Starting salary of up to £17,000 depending on experience, flexible working week of 37½ hours, including Saturdays on a rota basis, 20 days holiday, Life Assurance (2x pensionable salary), Permanent Health Insurance, Company Sick Pay, Discounted insurance products. Full training program.
