We have a new and exciting opportunity to join the team of our national clients branch network as a Customer Service Advisor

The role:

Dealing with customers face to face in branch, delivering a high level of customer service and identifying opportunities to maximise sales of products and services and making referrals to specialist colleagues.

You will need at least 6 months experience of working in a targeted sales environment, you will then be given full training with the company so no financial background is required.

You will be an excellent communicator, comfortable talking to customers face to face about the financial needs.

You should be keen to work for an organisation which provides good value products through friendly and knowledgeable staff.

To be considered for the role you just need to have the attitude to succeed and ideally have GCSE Maths and English Grade C.
