Are you Motivational, Personable and good at supporting a team then we need you!!!
The Role:
You will be motivating your team of agents.
Making sure you follow all company procedures and legislation.
Controlling all credits and accounts.
You will be expected to visit customers if the accounts are in arrears. Therefore the role will need some face to face interaction.
You will be expected to increase the customer database by knowing the area of your current database and showing your agents where next to canvass.
Benefits : OTE , Mileage expenses paid, geographical allowance.
