Customer Service Support / Helpdesk Executive to provide 1st line support to clients with regard to their payroll, resolve issues, assist with processing procedures and provide product knowledge.
Duties will include
answering calls and emails from clients,
talking through issues and queries to resolution
logging query on system
providing telephone based training
updating client on new product releases and legislative changes
Take responsibility to ensure all client phone calls, emails, faxes are fully investigated and recorded through to completion.
Responsible for escalating any enquiry to 2nd line where appropriate.
Must have proven experience in customer service industry and telephone handling, knowledge or interest in payroll, good level of education and PC literate with solid steady career history.
Starting salary £20,000 - £21,000 (depending on payroll knowledge), + excellent benefits scheme and opportunity to develop career within medium sized expanding organisation.
