This is a permanent full time position based in London with a large multi-national organisation. The position offers the unique opportunity to work Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and offers a competitive salary of £20,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
As Management Information Administrator you will be responsible for managing data taken from a number of different sources to create reports that will be presented to both the business and clients. This position requires someone with strong communication and negotiation skills who has the ability to express information clearly at different levels within the company. This is a critical role within the company and will require you to work to tight monthly deadlines, as a result, my client is looking for someone who is self motivated, well organised and able to structure and manage their own workload.
Responsibilities for this role include:
• Database management for all billing and charges – cross referencing different sources of information to ensure accurate billing of all assets and services
• Collating management information to provide reports of Key Performance Indicators
• Dealing with client billing enquiries
• Working with internal and external purchase departments and systems to ensure accurate financial accounting and recording
The position requires someone with strong customer service skills, good written and verbal communication skills and advanced skills in MS Excel and Access. You will also need to have good attention to detail and should be able to process data quickly and accurately. My client is also looking for someone who is fairly numerate and good at working with figures. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who has excellent analytical and management information skills and if you have previously worked within the print industry then this would be ideal although not essential.
