Customer Service Support Advisor (payroll legislation)
Stockport
Starting salary of up to £21,000.00pa + package + annual bonus

Opportunity for someone who has previous payroll knowledge who wants a more client focused position within this large expanding company in Stockport.

The Customer Service Advisor will provide 2nd line support to inital team, dealing with escalated queries relating to payroll legislation, product capability and client product knowledge.

Duties will include ensuring that the client is utilising appropriate processing procedures and advises client contacts on payroll best practices and to assist the effective transition of all new business into the company to streamline current service solutions. providing support to 1st line team, resolving all queries to SLA's, modify system to meet clients needs, support all software and system changes, test patches and upgrades, and resolving complex issues.

You will have previous customer service, telephone handling experience, some payroll experience, effective communication skills and live within 10 mile radius of Stockport.

Starting salary of up to £21,000.00pa + package + annual bonus
