Great opportunity to join this large expanding organisation in Stockport as an IT Support Advisor developing and maintaining effective client communications in order to resolve issues relating to system performance and all functional activities. Ensures that the client is utilising appropriate system access and processing procedures and advises clients on best practice.
Working to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA's) to assist with daily activities of all teams for system support to ensure delivery of optimal service and the improvement of client retention and satisfaction. Agree resolution dates with clients and follow ups until completion, help identify any personal training requirements with the line manager to ensure knowledge levels are kept up-to-date and in line with any business changes.
The IT Support Advisor will have flexibility to travel to other locations throughout the UK as required on occasions for client site visits, good understanding of all business processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, at least 2 years windows platform experience preferably supporting a piece of software on windows platform. All candidates need to live within a 10 mile radius of Stockport.
You will be rewarded with starting salary of £20,000 plus excellent benefits package.
