The Company
Our client is a leading Office Interiors Refurbishment company who are looking to add to their sales force by recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to cover the North West. Our client sells to a variety of industries including national and multi-national blue chip organisations and the solutions sold include taking existing offices back to bare walls prior to commencing refurbishment.
The Role
The role of Business Development Manager involves:
Selling to both existing customers and developing new business. Targeting Cat A and Cat B refurb and fitout for Landlords and Property Managers like DTZ.
The consulting or full designing of layout if required. The ideal candidate will be able to carry out surveys and understand estimates (put together by estimating team).
Negotiating and selling of the full range of products and services that our client has to offer.
The Candidate
Our client requires an experienced Business Development Manager with a minimum of three years sales experience in the Office Interiors Refurbishment industry with a proven sales track record. The Business Development Manager will also have the ability to be creative and articulate when discussing and designing solutions, will have the gravitas to deal with clients at a senior level and have sold contracts ranging in size from small fit outs to at least 500k. The ideal candidate will have interiors and fit out experience although this is not absolutely essential.
The Reward
IIn return, this Business Development Manager will receive an excellent remuneration package including £30k basic and a £16k bonus uncapped, company car, pension, healthcare, life cover, 23 days holiday and excellent career prospects.
