Title: Customer Service Advisor Salary: £17,000 + bonus
This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with previous customer service experience who is keen to escape the stereotypical call centre environment. In these roles you have the opportunity to build long lasting relationships in a fun environment. By launching a brand new Customer Care Centre, this client will, without doubt, achieve an even higher level of customer service than they are already recognised for. You will be responsible for dealing with a variety of customer queries whilst helping to drive sales in a very "soft sales" environment.
The Role:
In these full-time permanent positions the Customer Service Advisors will be responsible for providing an efficient communication link between the company and it's customers. Responsibilities will include answering telephone calls and dealing with a variety of queries and issues; utilising a questioning procedure to ascertain from customers key facts about the nature of their query, recording all details on the computer system; operating an escalation system according to the nature of the issue, redirecting to the appropriate department/individual for resolution; downloading after hours queries from the answer phone/email and dealing with as appropriate. In addition to this you will be undertaking follow-up calls to customers once their queries or issues have been resolved to ensure customer satisfaction, using this opportunity to up-sell, undertake customer research or create sales appointments for the Account Managers; from time to time undertake proactive telephone campaigns to customers dealing with sales, product news, market research and appointment bookings.
You will be required to cover for colleagues as required but overtime will be paid at time and half on any hours over your contractual hours.
Who we're looking for:
We are looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors with a confident and enthusiastic telephone manner. The ideal candidates will pride themselves on providing a high level of customer care, and have a proven ability to deal with demanding customers. You must have good IT knowledge and accurate data input skills.
A DRIVING LICENCE IS PREFERRED OR A CANDIDATE WILLING TO LEARN TO DRIVE!

Hours:
40 hours per week worked on a rotating shift pattern:
* Week 1: 8am - 5pm including Saturday with one day off in the week between Tuesday and Friday.
* Week 2: 1pm - 10pm including Sunday (Not Saturday) with one day off in the week between Tuesday and Friday.
* Week 3: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm.
