Title: Customer Helpdesk Salary: £14,700
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a 'recession proof' industry sector for a rapidly expanding forward thinking employer. The Customer Helpdesk Advisor will be based in a busy department as part of a team of four staff dealing with incoming telephone queries. The Role:
You will be handling incoming calls and emails by recording details of users issues. You will then subsequently resolve queries when possible and escalate problems to relevant areas if needed whilst maintaining a high level of service to the users.
Who we're looking for:
A lovely, enthusiastic, good communicator who is also a team player would be perfect for this role and would also fit in very well with the existing team!
The right person for this role will have previous experience of working within a customer service environment. Financial industry experience/knowledge would also be an advantage. An ability to provide basic IT support and supporting Microsoft Windows 2000 and XP would also be helpful.
Hours of work:
7.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday on a rostered basis. Core working hours are generally Monday - Friday 8.30-5.00pm
