Job Title: Customer Service Executive Salary: £15,000 - £16,000 depending upon experience
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join a leading financial organisation based near to Leeds city centre. Working as part of a friendly and enthusiastic team you will be responsible for dealing with customers over the telephone in a professional and efficient manner. This role would suit someone with previous customer service experience gained within the financial industry.
The Role:
In this full-time permanent position you will be answering calls in a professional and polite manner, dealing with related enquiries, providing a wide range of information to callers, or directing as appropriate. You will be working closely with other departments, updating information on the Intranet and ensuring complaints, justified or otherwise, are properly recorded in accordance with procedures. In addition to the this you will be dealing with application requests, screen prints, duplicate contract notes and literature requests.
Who we're looking for:
We are looking for someone with previous customer service experience gained within the financial industry. The ideal candidate will be able to work using their own initiative and will have excellent customer service skills. You must have a good telephone manner and a positive and enthusiastic personality.
