We have a new and exciting opportunity to join the team of successful national client based in the centre of Chelmsford as a Junior developer & IT support technician
The role: To support the ongoing needs of the business, already experienced within this area you main focus will be assisting in the development of bespoke in house data bases, support an Excel based scheduling module, databases and further implementations as and when require.
Additionally you’ll be familiar with VBA (particularly in Excel for further programming requirements and customisation as required.
Day to Day- You will be required to provide 1st and 2nd line support, Hardware basic level, Software to support all applications. The importance of customer focus is paramount within this role, as is the ability to converse with all levels of personnel and IT ability.
Ideally you will be or have:
Degree related computed qualification related
Previous experience within this field
VBA in Excel and MS access
Familiarity with Adp Access projects
SQL Transact exposure
Excellent customer service skills
The ability to accurately record and report information.
