This is a permanent full time position based in Basildon, Essex. The position offers a good remuneration package which includes a starting salary of £16,000 - £22,000, free parking, company pension and healthcare.
As Pensions Administrator you will be responsible for providing pension administration service functions to individual policy holders and group scheme administrators via the phone and in writing. You will need to have strong communication skills and must be able to process work to a high standard of accuracy and in line with service level agreements.
Specific duties will include:
• Processing new pension applications
• Processing pension maturities, transfers and deaths
• Processing ad hoc payments and dealing with miscellaneous work requests and questionnaires
To be considered for this position you will need to have previous pensions administration experience.
