Management Accountant - Costings in Grays, Essex
My client is looking for a part qualified management accountant to join their busy finance team. The main part of the role is to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial information, which encourages company wide financial discipline and the production of effective cost control information.
Specific job role:
Costing Control - assist in the review of standard costs throughout the business, develop cost control measures throughout the business, complete the review of administration costs
Inventory Analysis and monitoring - analysis of implementation of inventory valuation methods and develop and monitor inventory control processes
Budgetary planning - assisting with budget preparation and partnering with budget holders within the business
Fixed Asset Audit
Assisting with reporting deadlines - Month end reconciliations and journal processing, monthly VAT return and Intrastat preparation and completion of National Statistics forms.
