This is an exciting opportunity to join the Contracts department of a thriving company.
Your role will entail raising sales invoices, scanning and inputting information onto the in-house system, billing and raising invoices, general administration and liaising with colleagues in other departments. You will have the ability to resolve queries quickly and ability to analyse figures and calculate adjustments.
The ideal candidate will have previous accounts background or from a purchase ledger role and competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
This role is a contract to start ASAP until March 2009 which may go permanent for the right candidate.
