- Full Description:
The postholder will assist the Research Library Manager running the specialist research library of the Institute for Social and Economic Research (ISER). The job is varied, involving working on the library desk, enquiries, data entry into the automated library system, maintaining publicity materials, stock preparation and general library duties. You should have strong interpersonal and team working skills and a good working knowledge of IT applications. A flexible attitude to working is essential. Previous library/customer services experience is an advantage. Appointment to this part-time post, 21 hours per week, will be fixed-term for 2 years.
