The role: Supporting a team of 20 who are based in finance and marketing, this role is varied and highly responsible. The position is reporting to an Office Manager who is overall responsible for a number of sites but whose time is spent covering the various locations and therefore requires a full time administrator to ensure the smooth running of the office. Previous supervisory experience or office management (of an office as opposed to managing staff) would be ideal along with an understanding of health and safety. The administrative aspect of the role also includes assisting the marketing team and a creative mind is required. Knowledge of CS4 (or CS2 or 3/Adobe Photoshop) would be an advantage.
Who we are looking for: A confident candidate who can identify potential ways of developing the office and not be afraid to offer an opinion. Must be able to ensure other team members comply with health and safety rules. A good administrative background is required along with previous design package experience.
The firm: A service provider with several locations, whose service extends throughout the UK. Their working hours are 8.30 to 5 Mon to Fri. Benefits include 21 days holidays rising to 26 with service.
