My client a well established estate agents have an array of fantastic opportunities in and around the North Essex area. Due to expansion they are seeking;

Residential Sales Branch Manager
An excellent opportunity for a pro-active and driven individual to run a busy branch. Managerial level experience within residential sales is essential. An excellent package is rewarded to the successful candidate of 35-40k OTE + other benefits.

Lettings and Sales Negotiators.
They are seeking an individual with experience of sales and lettings with at least 12 months experience, however they will consider someone from a sales background with a confident and outgoing personality. Salary from 12-14k depending on experience + commission + car allowance or company car.

Branch Administrator
Experience of working in a similar role is desirable however they will consider candidate with backgrounds of different fields in administration providing they have a good working knowledge of Audio with typing speeds of 60pwm. Basic salary 16-17k.

Letting Administrator
Duties to include; conducting periodic inspections, inventories and check outs as well as negotiating lease renewals. Previous experience in residential lettings is essential. The successful candidate will be organised ,be very confident and able to deal with delicate issues. Basic 17k + bonuses.

Trainee Negotiators Residential Sales and Lettings
The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic and energetic. These opportunities are for someone looking to pursue a career within a professional and structured environment. Ambition drive and determination to succeed to essential. OTE of 18-20k.
