Traditional yet Innovative - This Great Hotel is your Next Step!

Situated in picturesque Hertfordshire this stunning twenty five bedroom country house hotel dates fro the 16th century. Awarded multiple AA rosettes for it\'s excellent cuisine this hotel\'s great restaurant serves local fresh produce to an excellent standard. This property is currently looking to recruit a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie to join and support the brigade.

Responsibilities of this Chef de Partie position will include: * Maintaining and building upon the restaurant\'s excellent standards * Ensuring Health and safety legislation is adhered to * Monitoring stock * Prepping food prior to service * Working to improve and develop dishes with the Head Chef * Taking part in skill training and development * Working on all sections of the Kitchen as required by the Head Chef

The working pattern for this Chef de Partie position will be a combination of split and straight shifts as the business requires.

Candidates for this position should have a sound experience in great properties at rosette standard. You must be capable on all sections on the kitchen, with a sound knowledge of ingredients and processes. You must be enthusiastic, hardworking with a passion for food.
