Job Description
Collections Strategy Analyst
Overall objective of the Collections Strategy Analyst:
To enable the management and understanding of the Collections and Recoveries Portfolios, through the design and development of insightful management information.
To understand the key drivers of the portfolio performance through the use of data and analytics, providing a view of what and happened and what is about to come.
To assess the effectiveness of collection and recovery strategies/policies and improve these through test and learn

Tenacious approach to problem solving
Ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels
Technical Skills required:
Excellent analysis skills with experience of analytical tools such as SAS or Business Objects & SQL
Analytical mindset with the ability to understand data from multiple sources
Project management skills
