Full Description:
The individual shall be responsible for producing the required level of sales whilst maintaining the required level of accuracy and customer care.


The key objectives are:
To maximise all calls
Work within the team helping colleagues and other departments
Maintain a positive and dynamic attitude both internally and externally
Produce the required level of sales
Produce the required level of quality work
Be responsible for making required level or product knowledge in order to carry out the job

Skills and attributes required for the role include:
Proven sales record
Excellent communication skills
Good telephone manner
Ability to work under pressure

At least two years experience in the Travel Company is required, together with ABTA experience.
