| Our client, a group within the financial sector is seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team in Colchester for a one-year contract. Managing case loads and supporting line managers in the business, this role will give you great exposure to employee relations particularly if you want to expand on this area of your portfolio. The ideal candidate will have worked in an HR department and have experience of advising line managers on HR issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, absence etc. As a minimum you will be working towards your CIPD qualification.
