Is seeking an HR Consultant to provide practical advice and support to clients on employment and performance issues, this will be done via telephone and site visits. You will need to have a good working knowledge of employment law, be familiar with hands-on HR procedures and have a strong commercial understanding of business issues. You will be able to develop strong business relationships with the clients and want a consultance postion that offers variety in dealing with a wide range of employment issues and projects.
