This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional individual with at least 3 years experience in Compensation and Benefits / Reward analysis or financial analysis to join a large financial services company in Chelmsford. You will ideally be educated to graduate level (or equivalent) and will need previous financial services experience with a strong previous focus on regulation.
As Human Resources Analyst / Team Leader you will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of the company’s Compensation and Benefits strategy. You will be required to ensure an infrastructure of compliance and accuracy in the management of the company’s Compensation and Benefits. You will also be responsible for administering and maintaining the reward and recognition approach for the company and will be required to make recommendations to maintain a competitive and commercial attitude with respect to how the company remunerates and motivates its employees.
Specific duties will include:
• Managing and administering through the People Administration Team the salary and bonus reviews
• Administering the annual salary benchmarking process
• Managing the Management Information reporting for the department
• Project work as requested by the HR Director
• Establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with the company’s benefit provider
My client is looking for someone with previous team leader experience within this area who has strong organisational and communication skills. You will also need to be computer literate (advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel – expert level Excel user). My client will also consider finance analysts with no HR experience who are interested in this role.
